Latin Food with Soul
Handcrafted traditional dishes from across Latin America, inspired by recipes we learned directly from local chefs during the years we stayed in different countries and proudly served and loved by our customers at our former restaurant in Delaware. All of our meals are naturally gluten-free, with delicious vegetarian options available. Our to-go meals are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and lock in every vibrant flavor. Our innovative Sous Vide–inspired reheating method keeps the just-made taste, texture, and vibrancy of every dish, simply place the sealed meal in boiling water and enjoy fresh, soulful Latin food at home

Cochinita Pibil
Experience one of the Yucatán’s most iconic dishes: Cochinita Pibil — tender pork marinated in bright citrus and earthy achiote, inspired by the ancient Mayan recipe once slow-cooked underground in a “píib” oven. A must-try Latin classic that’s surprisingly rare to find in Houston, and one taste will show you why it’s beloved across the Yucatán.

Panucho
Straight from the Yucatán Peninsula: a golden fried corn tortilla filled with silky frijol colado (strained black beans), then topped with vibrant ingredients like tender meat, and tangy pickled onions. A beloved street-food classic that is impossible to forget once you try it.

Sweet Corn Tamale
A traditional Purépecha delight: this fresh-corn tamal is typically cooked in green corn husks. It’s prepared with ground kernels of tender elote mixed with milk, cream, and butter creating a naturally sweet, soft, and comforting bite. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with shrimp, poblano pesto, cheese, or any other favorite ingredient for an even more flavorful experience.
