Sandwich Cookies

Cookies & Alfajores

Corn dough cookies are a delicious tradition in Mexican homes. They melt in your mouth and are gluten free, dusted with roasted sugar and Ceylon cinnamon.

Alfajores. These ancient sweets of Mozarabic origin have many variations in different Latin American countries.  Probably the most traditional is a sandwich made of soft cornstarch cookies filled with Dulce de Leche and rolled in sweet coconut flakes.

Bem-Casado. A Brazilian tradition, specially for weddings. Similar to alfajores but with a large variety of flavors.

Tres Leches Cupcakes

Our cupcakes are baked fresh every day.  The base has a soft and velvety texture and flavor, they are filled with naturally flavored Tres Leches and topped with a light, fluffy, home-made whipped cream that has only ¼ of the calories in a traditional buttercream frosting. They are not only good but also very cute.

Pavê & "Insane"

Pave in English means paving. It is a traditional dessert in Brazil that is made of layers of biscuits, manjar blanco, ganache or pudding and whipped cream.  It resembles a Tiramisu but the flavor is unique.

We used the same process to create "Insane", a creamy and light peanut butter flavor mixed with chocolate ganache and an insanely good sweet cream

Jericalla & Flan

Jericallas are similar to a flan but have a more creamy consistency, a vanilla-cinnamon flavor and a toasted top.

Both Jericallas and flanes are cooked in a bain marie to create a gentle and uniform heat to ensure a delicate texture.
